ABOUT DENNIS MARSH HALL SALISBURY
Dennis Marsh House is an outstanding venue to hire close to Salisbury city centre with ample free parking within its own private car park. It was refurbished in February 2007 and redecorated in 2017. The main hall has a high ceiling, large windows, a projector screen and a public address system. The meeting room has a white board, projector and screen. As a valuable community resource, Dennis Marsh House is already home to many thriving groups and clubs and is an ideal venue for meetings, exercise, dance and martial art classes, children’s parties, playgroups and private functions.
- We have CCTV covering the Park Car and most of the external grounds. Plus, the internal hallway.

The charges for the main hall and rooms are based on an hourly fee, with a minimum booking of two hours. In addition the kitchen can be booked on a half-day basis.
The main hall and rooms are available for hire between:
09:00 to 22.30 – Monday to Friday.
09:00 to 22:00 – Saturday and Sunday.
ROOMS AVAILABLE
LARGE HALL – holds up to 100 people.
The Hall is 19 meters long by 10 meters wide and has a ceiling height of approximately 5 meters. This height can accommodate an indoor Bouncy Castle.
There is a storeroom that holds the chairs and tables that are included in the hire charge.
Maximum capacity is 75 seated or 100 standing
P J ROOM – holds up to 30 people.
9.5 meters long by 3.5 meters wide.
Chairs and tables plus heating are included in the hire charge.
Maximum seated is 30
FACILITIES
Fully equipped kitchen with large double electric oven & hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher microwave crockery, cutlery and ample kettles etc and a serving hatch through to the main hall.
In addition to the above the building has separate Ladies and Men’s Toilets. Along with a wheelchair accessible wet room/toilet.
Heating in the main hall is not included in the hire charge, there is a £1meter.
There is no access upstairs as the rooms are for Scout storage.
Tables and chairs are available and are included within the hire fee. Unisex and accessible toilets. Ample free parking on site.
